What BILTD provides

BILTD is a free online tool that checks whether home improvement projects may qualify as permitted development under the General Permitted Development Order (GPDO) 2015, as amended. It provides general guidance based on the information you supply and data retrieved from government sources.

The results produced by BILTD are for guidance only. They do not constitute legal, planning, or building regulations advice.
